Janine Rodrigues is an educator, writer, and psychoanalyst. She is the founder of Piraporiando, an organization dedicated to promoting education on ethnic-racial relations and the intersectionalities of gender, class, and race. She holds a degree in Socio-Environmental Management with a specialization from UFRJ and is a member of the Sedes Sapientiae Institute. Named by Forbes as one of the 12 innovative Black people who are elevating education in Brazil and one of the 13 women using technology to change the world. Selected by the IDB as one of the leading figures in diversity and education in Latin America and the Caribbean. Author of 8 books, 5 plays, a short film, and an animated series. Consultant on ethnic-racial relations (ERER) in schools and companies. Member of the “Psychoanalysis at the Crossroads” working group and the Ferenczian group “Aproximações.” Author of the paper “The Psychoticizing Effect of Racism on Young Children,” presented at the 14th International Sándor Ferenczi Conference and selected by Blucher for publication in the book *Ferenczi in Brazil—Ruptures, Fragmentations, and Mutuality*.
