A Bett Brasil, Latin America’s largest event for innovation and technology in education, which will take place May 5–8 at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo (SP), arrives with a clear mission: to broaden the dialogue among people, digital solutions, teaching practices, and public policies to bring about real change in Brazilian education.

With the theme “Individual, Collective, and Artificial Intelligences: All Within Us, Right Now! When they engage in dialogue, education is transformed, ” the 31st edition of the event will feature 13 concurrent sessions, more than 450 speakers, and representatives from over 22 countries. It invites educators, administrators, policymakers, and companies to reflect on how different human and technological capabilities can work together in the day-to-day operations of schools, school systems, and educational organizations.

The proposal is based on the premise that educational progress occurs when these dimensions interact, rather than when they operate in isolation.

In addition to the program, which is expected to feature more than 144 hours of content, Bett Brasil 2026 will bring together more than 330 national and international brands in its exhibition area, showcasing solutions, technologies, and services for all levels of education. The venue is one of the leading hubs for networking, exchanging experiences, and generating business in the education sector in Latin America. The event is expected to welcome more than 47,000 visitors over the course of the four-day event.

Content organized into themes and complementary experiences

The Bett Brasil 2026 agenda will be organized around four major thematic pillars, which run throughout the program and guide the discussions over the course of the four-day event. The InteliGENTE theme addresses the power of individual intelligences, emphasizing self-awareness, social-emotional skills, mental health, and student-centered teaching practices. HumaNÓS, on the other hand, highlights the strength of the collective, educational management, reigniting teachers’ passion for the profession, collaboration among networks, and the social role of schools.

The subtheme “Intelligence” explores the responsible use of digital solutions, automation, and data-driven resources applied to education, while “Dialogues on Intelligence” serves as a space for synthesis, connecting technology, digital citizenship, inclusion, social innovation, and new educational models.

“Bett Brasil was born from the convergence of ideas, people, and experiences. In 2026, we want to spark deep reflection, but above all, present practical ways for education to move forward in a more inclusive and ethical manner, while remaining connected to the reality of schools and school systems,” says Adriana Martinelli, Director of Content at Bett Brasil.

These themes come to life in various content environments, designed for specific audiences and contexts.

The Basic Education Congress brings together teachers and instructional coordinators to discuss practices and methodologies applicable to the classroom. The initiative features various formats for dialogue, such as the Conversation Circle, Aquarium, Flipped Classroom, Creative Space, and Workshops, with the aim of encouraging audience participation, promoting the sharing of ideas, and fostering new learning.

The Managers’ Forum focuses on discussions about leadership, educational policies, and the management of private school networks. The Public Education Auditorium, on the other hand, broadens the dialogue with secretaries, leaders, and officials, addressing structural challenges in the country’s education system.

The program also includes the Ahead by Bett | CIEE Forum, dedicated to discussions on higher and vocational education, and the AI in Education Summit, in partnership with AI4School—a dedicated auditorium for discussing the impact of artificial intelligence on education and one of this year’s new features at Bett Brasil—and Bett Startups, featuring exhibitions of solutions from startups and edtech companies, as well as a dedicated auditorium for discussing ideas and projects for the educational ecosystem.  

Leaders Shaping the Debate on Educational Innovation in Brazil

Bett Brasil 2026 has already confirmed the participation of key figures in the Brazilian educational debate. Among them is Manuel Fernando Palácios da Cunha e Melo, president of INEP, who will discuss the so-called “Teachers’ ENEM” and the challenges of teacher training and careers; Alessandra Borelli, director of the Department of Defense and Security at FIESP, will address protection and education in the digital environment;Claudia Costin, former global director of education at the World Bank and current president of the Salto Institute, will share her reflections on public policy, equity, and large-scale educational innovation.

Experts in human development and technology are also featured in the program. Some of them include: philosopher and psychoanalyst Viviane Mosé, a leading voice in debates on networked society and the challenges of the contemporary world; Sílvio Meira, chief scientist at TDS.company and one of Brazil’s leading thinkers on innovation, technology, and digital transformation; João Branco, voted Brazil’s most admired marketing professional and listed among Forbes’ Top 10 CMOs; Leandro Karnal, professor, historian, and writer, one of today’s most influential intellectuals; psychotherapist and career counselor Leo Fraiman, known for his work on issues related to social-emotional development; Giselle Santos, educational innovation consultant at Instituto Escolas Criativa; and Rosa Alegria, founder of Teach the Future Brasil (TTF Brasil), an international movement that explores education for possible futures and one of the most recognized female futurists in Latin America.
