During the four days of the 30th edition of Bett Brasil, the Conexão Bett will be streamed live on YouTube directly from the Expo Center Norte pavilion in São Paulo. The program will feature conversations with experts, educators, and representatives from institutions and companies that are part of the Brazilian educational ecosystem.Radioweb is an official partner of this special edition of the program.

Among the highlights of the live event is the participation of Aline Vieira de Souza, Project Officer for the Education Sector at UNESCO in Brazil, who will discuss how the YouTube Edu platform has been supporting educators and students with high-quality content.

The program will also feature Ricardo Prado Schneider, a partner at the SQUARE Ecosystem, who will speak about innovative proposals for literacy and the restructuring of learning in basic education. Meanwhile , Thais Pianucci, CEO of Start by Alura, will discuss the implementation of the National Common Core Curriculum (BNCC) for Computing, highlighting practical experiences in Chapecó (SC) and the state of São Paulo, as well as reflecting on the most important skills and the role of partners in this process.

To further diversify the program, the following topics will be discussed: “How New Audiovisual Technologies Are Revolutionizing Classroom Engagement,” with Paulo Cardoso, Country Manager for ViewSonic in Brazil; and “Curation as a starting point for fostering readers in the classroom,” featuring Regiane Magalhães Boainain, an editor at Via Lúdica, a publisher specializing in children’s and young adult books.

Another confirmed speaker is Marco Jordão, government sales manager at Editora do Brasil, who will discuss the brand’s strategies for supporting states and municipalities in eradicating illiteracy through effective public policies and educational solutions that promote literacy.

Partnership with FMU and the Bett Brasil Edtech Awards

The unprecedented partnership between Bett Brasil and the Centro Universitário das Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU) will also be one of the highlights of this live edition of Conexão Bett. The initiative will provide 30 education students with free access to the fair, the auditoriums, and hands-on activities focused on teacher training. Ricardo Ponsirenas, president of the FMU and FIAM-FAAM university centers, and a student participating in the initiative will be interviewed on Conexão Bett.

In addition, on May 1 at 2:00 p.m., the Bett Brasil Edtech Awards ceremony will be broadcast live. Immediately afterward, at 4:00 p.m., the winners will participate in a special interview in the studio.
