SINEPE/PE President José Ricardo Diniz, for his part, discussed the organization’s 80-year history. During the conversation, he explained the union’s history, its work with private schools in Pernambuco, and its goals for the coming years.

Ricardo Mendonça, Aponti’s Innovation Executive, and Emídia Felipe, Open Innovation Coordinator at Porto Digital, discussed the role of innovation ecosystems in Pernambuco. The episode focused on the challenges, opportunities, and initiatives that bring technology, innovation, and education together.

Meanwhile, the specialist in Educational Management and Internationalization at Academica Dual Diploma Brasil, Andréa Pacheco, explained how to prepare students for a global reality without neglecting local references. The conversation addressed the relationship between the guidelines of the OECD and the World Economic Forum and the BNCC, as well as skills such as analytical thinking and independence.

In addition to them, the program welcomed more than 20 guests, including managers, educators, experts, and representatives from organizations involved in education, innovation, and the development of new initiatives for the sector.
