Registration is now open for the 2025 Bett Northeast Conference
Registration is now open for the Bett Nordeste 2025 Conference, a traveling event organized by Bett Brasil, the organizer of Latin America’s largest gathering on Innovation and Technology in Education. Focusing on the challenges of K-12 education in public and private school systems, the conference will take place on August 27 and 28 at the Recife Expo Center in Pernambuco. Admission is free, and you can register on the website HERE.
Aimed at educators, administrators, government representatives, school operators, and leaders of educational institutions, the Bett Nordeste Conference offers a dynamic program featuring interactive panels that encourage audience participation. The content will be distributed across three auditoriums: two featuring the “Plenary” and “Aquarium” formats (the latter allows audience members to come up on stage and join the conversation with the speakers), and one dedicated exclusively to debates on public education, with free admission.
"Through its regional events, Bett Brasil reaffirms its mission to foster connections and ongoing dialogue throughout the year. By hosting the Bett Conference in Recife, we strengthen our ties with local education professionals and expand our reach to the educational community in all its diversity. "Our goal is to inspire, spark reflection, and support the development of a more just, high-quality, and equitable education system," says Claudia Valério, general director of Bett Brasil.
In this edition, the event’s central theme will be: “A New Approach to Learning to Build Regenerative Futures.” This theme aligns with the overarching theme of the 30th edition of Bett Brasil—“Education to Tackle Crises and Build Regenerative Futures”—and reflects a commitment to deepening, in a localized manner, the debate on possible paths toward an education system that responds to contemporary challenges with courage, innovation, and a commitment to life.

The idea of “new learning” invites us to reflect on what, how, and why we teach, recognizing that the transformation of the future necessarily begins with reinventing the way we educate. Based on this central theme, the Bett Conference program will be guided by four key subtopics—the 4 Cs of the Conference:
- Social Interaction: Learning to Live Well with Others. Focus on healthy relationships, active listening, empathy, diversity, conflict mediation, and collaborative problem-solving. The school as a democratic, inclusive space that fosters a sense of belonging.
- Awareness: Lessons for dealing with excess and uncertainty. Developing critical thinking, digital ethics, the mindful use of AI, media literacy, and preparedness for a complex and ever-changing world.
- Care: Learning that cares for the planet and people. Integrating mental health, well-being, sustainability, and human values. Promoting schools that welcome, protect, and educate for regeneration.
- Creativity: meaningful learning, ownership, and innovation. Empowering student agency, active learning methods, creativity, and personalization. Learning as a space for invention and the construction of new futures.
The exhibition area has also been confirmed, featuring brands with solutions and innovations tailored to the education sector, creating opportunities for networking and new business ventures with institutions in the Northeast region. The Bett Nordeste Conference is co-organized by the Union of Educational Institutions in the State of Pernambuco (Sinepe-PE).
