Hyve, a Bett Brasil sponsor, joins forces with GSV Summit LLC to create the world’s largest community dedicated to education, innovation, and the transformation of learning
Hyve's selective portfolio, consisting of market-leading events, is now further strengthened by the acquisition of the ASU+GSV Summit and the AI Show

A Hyve, the global leader behind the world’s fastest-growing and most innovative B2B events, welcomes GSV Summit LLC to its portfolio. GSV Summit consists of two main events: the ASU+GSV Summit and the AI Show. Both events are driven by a bold mission: to ensure equal access to the future for everyone through large-scale innovations in education and workforce development.

This is the fifth brand to join Hyve's portfolio in the last 12 months, following BHT, HLTH, POSSIBLE, and Manifest, as part of a strategy to accelerate purpose-driven growth and strengthen Hyve's position as the leading global hub for the world's most innovative and high-impact events

Hyve has been championing education for over 40 years through the Bett brand, the world’s largest series of EdTech exhibitions, connecting educators with solution providers. Launched in 1985 in London, Bett has built a solid reputation by staying at the forefront of educational technology for educators, students, and parents. Today, it organizes annual conferences in London, São Paulo, and Asia, attracting more than 90,000 participants and representing more than 70 Ministries of Education.

Bett Brasil, for example, considered the largest event for Innovation and Technology in Education in Latin America, attracts more than 47,000 visitors annually from 22 countries, as well as 330 exhibiting brands and 450 national and international speakers.

As part of the global series of education and innovation events organized by Hyve, Bett Brasil has established itself as the leading gathering place for generating ideas, solutions, partnerships, and business opportunities within the educational ecosystem in Latin America.

The GSV Summit, on the other hand, is a high-level gathering of senior leaders, investors, and influencers who are shaping the future of educational policy, innovation, and technology adoption.

Bett and the GSV Summit are highly complementary, together creating a powerful global platform that spans the entire educational ecosystem—from the classroom to the boardroom—on both sides of the Atlantic.

Mark Shashoua, CEO of Hyve, commented:

“Together, the GSV Summit and Bett form a powerful new alliance in the global learning landscape. Our Bett clients have always told us they wanted to make more connections in the U.S.—now that the GSV Summit is hosted by Hyve, we can make that a reality.”

"The founders, Deborah and Michael, have built an incredible brand; they are tireless in their dedication to advancing the education sector, and we are very happy that they, along with their fantastic team, will continue to be a driving force behind this prestigious event."

“As we implement our Hyve seal of quality—along with our best-practice methodologies and technology-enabled meeting programs—we are excited to play a leading role in the future of education as a collective force for good.”

Two new, distinct, and purpose-driven events added to Hyve's portfolio

Driving Greater Impact, Together

The team will apply its proven model for high-impact events to maximize value for customers:

  • Bett and the GSV Summit will provide an opportunity to connect in new ways, bringing together educators, investors, innovators, and policymakers from around the world.
  • Hyve’s proven best-practice approach to event planning will be applied to maximize value for attendees, enhance the event experience, and optimize behind-the-scenes operations.
  • Digitization strategies will increase the return on investment by fostering more high-quality meetings and connections.
  • The GSV Summit will draw on the event formats organized by Hyve, such as TableTalks and Tech User Labs (which saw demand 429% higher than capacity in 2025), to create more valuable and practical experiences.

The Bett brand events will take place on the following dates: AI Show (April 11–13, 2026) and ASU+GSV Summit (April 12–15, 2026) in San Diego; Bett Asia (October 1–2, 2025), Bett UK (January 21–23, 2026), and Bett Brasil (May 5–8, 2026).
