Student Leadership Is Strengthened at Bett Brasil 2024
The “Bett Youth – Agents of Change” project aims to encourage high school students from public and private schools to explore educational trends and innovations at Bett Brasil

A Bett Brasil, The largest Innovation and Technology for Education event in Latin America has always provided opportunities for students to participate at various stages of the event. And in this 29th edition, the event will give public and private school students a greater role through special activities.

Some of the content panels in the event’s program will be enriched with students’ firsthand experiences and accounts, offering unique perspectives and stories of learning. The goal is to empower students to speak out, express their opinions, and be heard.

“The idea behind this initiative is to foster a genuine listening experience. We want to engage students in an environment of open and meaningful dialogue about education, as agents of the innovation process. After all, who better to talk about education than those who experience it every day?” says Adriana Martinelli, Director of Content at Bett Brasil.

Another initiative in this area is the “Bett Youth—Agents of Change” project, which encourages high school students from public and private schools to explore educational trends and innovations at Bett Brasil. The initiative is a collaboration between Bett Brasil, the Criar Institute, and CESAR School.

A total of 24 students will participate in a four-day program during the event, which includes visits to exhibitor booths, attending lectures, and participating in workshops to create audiovisual content that reflects their own perceptions of the event. The students will have access to a fully equipped workspace to develop their project.

The project’s final event will take place on the last day of the event, April 26, when the audiovisual content will be presented to the public during the panel discussion titled “The Voice of Students at Bett Brasil: What Kind of Education Do We Want?”

Bett Brasil will take place April 23–26 at a new venue, Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo. To register, click here.
