A Success in Terms of Attendance, Bett Conect@ Establishes a New Space for Meetings and Networking
A new feature at Bett Brasil, the networking program facilitated more than 550 conversations in just two days

Announced as one of the new features at Bett Brasil, the Bett Conect@ proved to be a success. During the event, the space brought together both sides of the business: providers of technology and innovations for education and educational institutions seeking solutions. The space facilitated more than 550 conversations in just two days.

The organizers offered a relationship-building and networking program consisting of one-on-one meetings that were practical, goal-oriented, and designed to provide personalized attention. People from different parts of the country attended the meetings.

“This is the first edition of Bett at which we are introducing Bett Conect@, which enables educational administrators to find all the solutions and innovations they wish to implement in schools and, potentially, transform education within those institutions,” said Gabriel Kineippe, the program’s director.

The format was so successful that the Bett organizers plan to expand it for next year’s edition. “We were very pleased with the first edition of Bett Conect@, and our plan is to bring this model to the Bett Brasil Conference as well,” said Kineippe. “As for 2024, our goal is to expand the initiative even further with a dedicated space adjacent to the trade show, with the aim of offering more than 100 meeting tables and, thus, facilitating approximately 1,500 conversations throughout the event.”

Over the course of two days, buyers of educational products were able to meet directly with solution providers in focused 20-minute meetings. This streamlined approach also allowed for a greater number of presentations during the trade show. It was a format that appealed to both those presenting the products and the managers.

Z26 Director Antonio Ferro noted that he decided to participate in Bett Conect@ because he was already familiar with this program format from his experiences at other events abroad and trusted Bett Brasil’s expertise to facilitate these high-quality meeting sessions. “It’s a more relaxed setting to listen to potential clients’ needs and present our solutions at a leisurely pace. The best thing about Conect@ is that we can talk directly with decision-makers, which makes it easier to close deals faster,” said Ferro.

Geppetto CEO Vicente Vieira attended both days of the event and noted that the company held more than 20 meetings. “This format is very practical and effective, as it gave us direct access to the company’s executives. We were able to present our solutions and had very positive conversations,” he said.

Jhonatan Pache, founder of Colégio Força Máxima, emphasized that “the guidance we received on how we should work to provide the best service and achieve the best results made a huge difference.” For Leonardo Assis, director of Colégio Força Máxima, the opportunity to participate in Conect@ serves as a catalyst for the company’s current growth phase. “We had excellent meetings here that generated very significant leads, including with people from all over the country. I believe that next year the program will expand even further, as it serves the needs of companies and managers very well,” said Assis.

“I encourage all entrepreneurs in Latin America to come and check out this space,” said Colombian Vicky Ricaurte, CEO and co-founder of Arukay Board Brasil. “This is a model for objective and practical meetings that needs to continue, and I want to keep being a part of it,” concluded Luciana Bicalho, director of Colégio Educare.
