Last few days to enter the Bett Brasil EdTech Awards: the deadline is March 9
The countdown has already begun. Registration for the 2nd edition of the Bett Brasil EdTech Awardscloses on March 9, and this is the last chance for startups to secure their spot in the awards program that highlights technological solutions aligned with the real challenges facing education.
The initiative is part of the program for Bett Brasil, Latin America’s largest event for innovation and technology in education, which takes place May 5–8 at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo.
Aimed at startups that focus directly on teaching and learning, educational support, or areas that support schools—such as financial management, human resources, marketing, communications, administration, and technology—the Bett Brasil EdTech Awards recognize initiatives that contribute to improving private and public education, with a special focus on generating social impact and promoting educational equity.
Two categories, different stages of maturity
In this edition, the award features two categories:
- Product Solution Fit: designed for startups in the early stages of development;
- Product-Market Fit: aimed at startups that already have a product on the market and early customers.
Three finalists will be selected in each category, with the results to be announced on April 6, 2026. The pitches will take place during Bett Brasil, at the Startup Arena, with five-minute presentations followed by up to five minutes of questions from the judges.
- The Product Solution Fit category will be presented on May 5 at 3:30 p.m.;
- The "Product Market Fit" session on May 6 at 3:30 p.m.
The winners will be announced on May 7 at 5:00 p.m. at the Startup Arena.
The benefits go beyond the trophy
The six finalist startups will receive a range of benefits, including full access to the four-day Bett Brasil conference, exhibition space in the Startup Arena, access to the Bett Conecta platform for matchmaking with companies and investors, a presentation on the Startup Arena stage (a 5-minute pitch), coverage in an exclusive newsletter, trophies, certificates, digital badges, and participation in a networking reception.
The winners in each category will also receive three months of remote mentoring from the Tiradentes Innovation Center, a guaranteed booth at Bett Brasil 2027, and an interview on Bett Brasil’s official channels, thereby increasing the national visibility of the award-winning solutions.
Brazilian startups with a valid CNPJ, international startups registered in their countries of origin, and businesses at different stages of maturity are eligible to apply, provided they meet the criteria for each category.
