Exhibitor Workshop Presents What's New at the 30th Edition of Bett Brasil
This Thursday (the 12th), at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo, the Exhibitor Workshop was held to prepare companies already confirmed for the 30th edition of Bett Brasil. The event brought together more than 80 participants and provided important updates on the Bett Brasil 2025 initiative, as well as tips for optimizing results before, during, and after Latin America’s largest event for Innovation and Technology in Education.
During the workshop, the main themes that will guide the panel discussions at Bett Brasil were presented, along with best practices in communication and guidelines for the strategic planning of exhibition booths. Claudia Valério, the general director of Bett Brasil, emphasized the importance of ongoing planning.
“The event may take place over four days, but it’s actually a 365-day effort. It’s essential to be prepared before, during, and after the event so that the expected results actually materialize,” said Claudia. She also emphasized the need to provide memorable experiences for visitors.

“We’re challenging our exhibitors to think strategically about how to offer an experience that will leave a lasting impression on attendees. Of course, everything must be aligned with the company’s strategy and brand, but it’s very important to consider how to make an impact on visitors. That’s what makes the difference,” adds the general director of Bett Brasil.
Bett Conecta and New Business Opportunities
Another highlight of the workshop was the presentation of the Bett Conecta program, an exclusive space for business meetings and networking during Bett Brasil. At the last event, the initiative facilitated more than 800 meetings over three days, with 66% of buyers indicating their intention to close deals with participating companies.

“The next edition of Bett Conecta will be the ideal opportunity for educational solution providers to expand their network, generate qualified leads, and close deals with key decision-makers in the education sector,” said Gabriel Kineippe, product manager at Bett Brasil.
Education and Regenerative Futures
Adriana Martinelli, Bett Brasil’s director of content, spoke at the workshop on the event’s central theme: “Education to address current crises and build regenerative futures.” She emphasized that the theme was chosen based on extensive feedback from various Bett audiences, including conference attendees, exhibitors, participants, experts, and members of the Bett Brasil Advisory Board.
The purpose of this theme is to propose concrete solutions to urgent challenges in education. Based on the central theme, each panel will take a specific approach to subtopics such as the climate crisis, artificial intelligence, mental health, learning by doing, human development, and access to, retention in, and equity in education.

“There is an urgent need for a new model of action. We need to act both to address current crises and to build regenerative futures,” emphasized Adriana, who added: “The issues covered by the subtopics were identified and aligned as key points to guide the discussions and propose concrete solutions during the meeting,” she concluded.
Sheila Santana, Communications and Marketing Manager at Bett Brasil, presented case studies and best practices on how exhibitors can increase brand awareness and measure their results, as well as other opportunities for exposure.
Ricardo Berlitz and Arucha Fernandes, press officers for Bett Brasil, emphasized how companies can work together with Bett to promote their products and solutions to journalists from specialized education publications and the general media. Finally, the safety guidelines and procedures for setting up booths were explained.
