Imagine an auditorium with a central stage and the audience participating in the conversation with the experts. Two experts in the center, a moderator, and three chairs. Two people from the audience come up on stage to engage in dialogue, ask questions, and interact with the guests. The third chair is always left empty. When someone from the audience comes up on stage to take that third seat, it means it’s time for one of the other two audience members to step down to make room and keep the conversation flowing.
