Adriane Damascena holds a bachelor’s degree from the Federal University of Pernambuco; a master’s degree and a doctorate from the Federal University of Goiás in Education and Geography, respectively. She is currently a teacher in the Basic Education system of the Sergipe State School System, serving as head of the School Projects Service for Human Rights (SEPEDH) within the Department of Support for the Educational System (DASE). She represents SEED on various councils, including the State Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (CEDCA). She is a member of the coordination team for the course “Management of Education for Racial Equity” offered by the Center for the Study of Labor Relations and Inequalities (CEERT) and MEC/SECADI.
