I have over 18 years of experience in institutions of various sizes, working in administrative and financial management, training administrative staff (Finance and HR), and implementing organizational culture 
I am the creator of the “The School HR Formula” project, an HR course geared toward private elementary and secondary schools that addresses topics related to the day-to-day HR operations of educational institutions in the State of São Paulo, as well as the “LiderEdu – Congress on Excellence in School Management,” an event designed to support school administrative management with content covering the commercial and marketing, legal, financial, and human resources sectors, which is now in its second year.
