Ana Carolina Peuker
Ana Carolina Peuker is a psychologist (CRP 07/11084), researcher, and entrepreneur in the field of mental health and psychosocial risk governance. She holds a master’s degree, a Ph.D., and has completed postdoctoral research in psychology at UFRGS, as well as postdoctoral studies at UNISINOS, and has been working for over 15 years at the intersection of science, work, and innovation.
She is the CEO and co-founder of Bee Touch, a pioneering healthtech company in Brazil that specializes in mapping and managing psychosocial risk factors through data-driven solutions. She leads mental health initiatives at large companies, developing systems for diagnosis, governance, and emotional traceability with a focus on regulatory compliance (NR01 and ISO 45003), ESG, and human sustainability.
She is also the Director of Market and Expansion at the Brazilian Association for Quality of Life (ABQV) and the author of the book *Psychosocial Assessment: Theory and Practice in the Digital Age*. Her work bridges science, strategy, and management, supporting organizations, boards, and leaders in data-driven decision-making regarding mental health.
