A math teacher and private school principal for fifty years, he developed a teaching method he called the “Pedagogy of Tenderness.” He served as a State Education Advisor for Pernambuco for eleven years and coordinates national and international education conferences. Since 2023, he has been a curator of Rec’n’Play’s AULÃO ENEM, organized by Porto Digital in Recife, Pernambuco. He is the author of the books *Creativity, Limits, and the Pedagogy of Tenderness* (2021) and *How to Raise Children for Life?* (2024). He gives lectures to parents and teachers at educational conferences, public and private schools, and municipal school districts.
