A mathematics teacher and private school principal for fifty years, he developed a teaching method he called the “Pedagogy of Tenderness.” He served as State Education Advisor for Pernambuco for eleven years and coordinates national and international education conferences. Since 2023, he has been a curator of Rec’n’Play’s AULÃO ENEM, organized by Porto Digital in Recife, Pernambuco. He is the author of the books: “Creativity, Limits, and the Pedagogy of Tenderness,” 2021, and “How to Raise Children for Life?,” 2024. He gives lectures to parents and teachers at educational conferences, public and private schools, and municipal school districts.
