Caio Vassão is a consultant, educator, and innovation advocate. With a bachelor’s and doctoral degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, and Design, Vassão created Metadesign, an approach to understanding and addressing complexity, which is used by various companies, public agencies, and communities to carry out projects in innovation, organizational transformation, and the development of teaching and learning. Vassão works across disciplines, providing consulting services and serving on various institutional, educational, and corporate boards, such as the BAS Bio-Economy Amazon Summit, the Sebrae Center for Sustainability, Projeto Âncora, PAC 2026, and MGOV. His clients include a wide range of institutions and companies, such as: Sebrae, Senac/SP, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), Lello Condomínios, the European Institute of Design (IED), Jacto Agrícola, ENAP, Santander, and iFood, among others.
