Carla Arena is a social entrepreneur, co-founder of Amplifica and Tá Pronto, author of the book on community management *Um Puxa o Outro*, an educational technology consultant, and a mission-driven educator. Carla has a specialization in online course design and innovation in educational technologies. Her interests revolve around new and emerging technologies, leadership and innovation in organizations, collaborative practices, and the design of learning experiences. Carla is a Google Innovator and manages the Google Brazil Educators Group community and the Gemini Academy program in Latin America.
