Carlos Pompeu
Carlos Pompeu leads Atlântico Avanti, the Instituto Atlântico’s innovation school, where he develops educational programs that integrate artificial intelligence, instructional design, leadership, and digital transformation. He works to build ecosystems that connect education, technology, and public policy, with a focus on sustainable models for professional training and large-scale innovation.
With over 25 years of experience, he has held leadership positions at institutions such as CESAR School, Ser Educacional, Católica Business School, and Anhembi Morumbi University. His current research focuses on the ethics and governance of artificial intelligence in education, with a special interest in the contexts of the Global South. He holds a Ph.D. in Technology Education from UFPE, has completed executive education programs at the Dom Cabral Foundation and the PUC-Rio Business School, and teaches in graduate programs in the areas of strategy, marketing, and innovation.
