Clara Cechini

Creator, CBDA - Brazilian Center for Learning Design
Clara Cecchini is a specialist in learning and innovation, co-author of the book *Aprendiz Ágil*, a columnist for *Você S/A*, and a guest lecturer at Fundação Dom Cabral.
Her research on Learning Culture, conducted while she was a partner at teya ecossistema, was recognized as one of the world’s ten most innovative educational technology products by the Learning Technologies Awards (London, 2023). She is the author of articles in Harvard Business Review Brasil and Fast Company Brasil, and has spoken at events such as Rio2C and at organizations including the Federal Supreme Court, the Central Bank of Brazil, Banco Santander, Sanofi, and more than 30 companies.
She holds a degree in Performing Arts from Unicamp, an MBA in Cultural Heritage Management from FGV, and a Master’s in Learning Architecture Design from the Danish school Kaospilot; she also studied complexity at Schumacher College in England. She has built a career at the intersection of education, culture, and organizations, working at the Ministry of Culture, TV Cultura, and the São Paulo Municipal Department of Education before specializing in corporate learning. Since 2018, she has been developing consulting projects for technology companies, banks, manufacturing firms, and consumer goods companies.
She founded the Brazilian Center for Learning Design and the CC Writing Club, the first Brazilian community dedicated to developing professional nonfiction writing, and was a co-creator of Escola Sem Fim, an experimental project that blends art, design, and education.
