Cristiane holds a master’s degree in Computer Science, Education, and Society from UFRJ and an MBA in e-business from FGV. With over 20 years of experience in education, technology, and innovation, she has led transformative projects in quilombo communities, rural areas, and vulnerable communities. She served as Technical and Pedagogical Coordinator of the NAVE program, a leader in technology and innovation, and was part of the founding team at Escola Eleva, where she led the creation of innovative technological spaces and curricula. At EnsineMe, as Senior Manager of Educational Development, she was one of the creators of the social-emotional learning program for higher education, which won the ABED award in the Innovative Practices category. Currently, she serves as Head of Innovation and Educational Technology at YDUQS, teaches Agile Leadership and Organizational Visions at CESAR School, and serves as a mentor in the Alumna, Mulheres Agilistas, and Latin American Leadership Academy (LALA) programs.
