Damião Silva is a Brazilian psychologist, neuropsychologist, educator, writer, lecturer, and researcher, with notable work in the areas of High Abilities/Giftedness, dual exceptionality, neurodiversity, and inclusive education. He holds a master’s degree in Psychological Assessment, is a specialist in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), has international training in High Abilities and Talent Development, and is a doctoral candidate in Science, Technology, and Inclusion.

Founder of the UnicaMente Institute and creator of the “Living with Giftedness” project, he is dedicated to psychological and neuropsychological assessment, the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), family counseling, school consulting, and the training of health and education professionals. His work has contributed to scientific dissemination, the improvement of inclusive practices, and the defense of the educational rights of students with high abilities/giftedness, dual exceptionality, and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
