Attorney and Member of the Alagoas Institute of Electoral Law (IDEA). He has served as legal counsel and attorney in various municipalities in Alagoas. He was CEO of the Regulatory Agency for Delegated Services of the Municipality of Maceió, Alagoas. He holds certification in PPP (Foundation Level) and the 5-Dimensions Model from APMG, as well as training in Concessions and PPPs from Insper.
