Bachelor’s and Licentiate’s degrees in Biological Sciences; Master’s degree in Ecology; Ph.D. in Education and Sustainability from PROCAM-USP; and postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Advanced Studies at the University of São Paulo. A teacher in K-12 education for 25 years, he is the author of instructional and supplementary materials on the environment, sustainability, and health; a teacher trainer; and a UNESCO consultant for the São Paulo state curriculum. He currently serves as director of Reconectta and the Schools for Climate Movement, in addition to working as a visiting researcher at ECA-USP in climate educommunication and as associate editor of the journal *Ambiente & Sociedade*.
