I am passionate about people and driven by the goal of contributing to a better society for everyone.
Today, my work and my professional life are one and the same; I am a founding partner of Uzoma Diversity, Culture, and Education, a consulting firm dedicated to helping companies become increasingly diverse.
I volunteer with Grupo Mulheres do Brasil, where I lead the Committees on Racial Equality and Combating Violence Against Women.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and am a speaker on topics such as diversity and inclusion, women’s leadership, and violence against women and girls. I also work as a coach and mentor.
I hold an MBA in Leadership and Human Potential Development from MSD University
I serve as a board member of the Adus Institute (an organization that promotes employability for refugees and people in refugee situations), a board member of the Pact for Racial Equity Association, and a member of the Council for the Promotion of Racial Equity
