Fabiane Franciscone holds a Ph.D. in Education from La Salle University and a Master’s degree in Education from PUC/RS; she also has an MBA in Artificial Intelligence from Faculdade Exame and a specialization in School Supervision from UFRJ, and she earned her bachelor’s degree in Education from UNISINOS.

With 37 years dedicated to education, particularly the management of institutions providing elementary, vocational, and higher education. She has held prominent positions such as Superintendent of SESI and IEL in Paraná, as well as Regional Director of SENAI in Paraná. She also served as the executive responsible for coordinating the La Salle Network schools in Brazil.
