With over 20 years of experience in the fields of education and management, he has worked in nonprofit organizations, institutions of higher education, and on the management and implementation of major federal programs. Responsible for implementing the first Vocational Education Assessment System, he coordinated the 43rd WorldSkills Competition in Brazil, during which SENAI and SENAC were crowned world champions, and he is responsible for the Digital Transformation program (SENAI + Digital). He currently serves as Superintendent of Vocational and Higher Education at the National Department of the National Industrial Apprenticeship Service (SENAI).
