Entrepreneur, leader, feminist, and activist dedicated to strengthening a culture of learning in organizations, as well as an Equity Champion. An international speaker who has presented in the United States, Asia, Europe, and Latin America, she is the only Brazilian woman to have delivered three talks in the same year at the world’s largest talent development conference. Her work covers topics related to Learning Culture, Leadership, Learning Design, Change Management, and other subtopics related to these areas.
She specializes in Human Resources Management, is a Business Model Innovator certified by Strategyzer, a Master Trainer and Instructional Designer certified by ATD, and is also certified by Future London Academy.
