Gabriela Lotta
Associate Professor - FGV/EAESP
Gabriela Lotta is a professor of Public Administration and Government at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV). She was a visiting professor at Oxford. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from USP, as well as a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in public administration from FGV. She is the coordinator of the Center for the Study of Bureaucracy (NEB) and a faculty member at the National School of Public Administration (ENAP). In 2021, she was named one of the world’s 100 most influential female scholars in the field of government by the organization Apolitical, and in 2026 she received the CNPQ Women in Science Award.
