An executive with a strong background in corporate education, organizational development, and culture, she leads the creation and implementation of strategies and programs in leadership, performance management, succession planning, and employee experience, with an impact in Brazil and in international operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, a postgraduate degree in HR Management from FAAP, and an MBA in Consumer Sciences from ESPM.
