He holds a master’s degree in Technology and Society (UTFPR) and a degree in Journalism (UERJ). He is a project manager at Safernet Brasil and has been working on digital citizenship education projects for over 10 years. He coordinated the “Cidadão Digital” youth engagement program from 2020 to 2022 and has been coordinating the Digital Citizenship Course project since 2023. He leads initiatives for teacher training and the promotion of pedagogical practices, collaborating with educational networks to implement guidelines for digital and media education. In 2023, he joined the Ministry of Education’s (MEC) Working Group to Combat Violence in Schools, and in 2024, he became a member of the National Committee on Education and Culture in Human Rights at the Ministry of Human Rights and Citizenship. She is also a member of the ICT in Education Research Expert Group at Cetic.br and the Working Group on Digital and Media Education for Older Adults, part of the 6th National Action Plan under the Open Government Partnership, coordinated by the CGU.
