Heloisa Avilez is the Director of Higher Education for Latin America at Pearson and leads innovation and digital transformation strategies in the higher education sector. Throughout her career at Pearson, she has contributed to the sector’s evolution in the region by developing solutions that align labor market needs with academic offerings, with an emphasis on topics such as lifelong learning, microcredentials, and soft skills. With a degree in Communication, Heloisa holds an MBA in Marketing and has completed continuing education programs in Sales and Strategic Management. She has led multicultural teams and also serves as a career mentor, with a special focus on empowering women leaders in the corporate environment.
