Director of Youth Labor Policies at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). Responsible for overseeing vocational training and skills development policies. He coordinates the Steering Committee of the National Pact for the Productive Inclusion of Youth and the National Forum on Vocational Training (FNAP). He holds a Ph.D. and a master’s degree in International Relations from the PPGRI San Tiago Dantas (UNESP/UNICAMP/PUC-SP) and a bachelor’s degree in the same field from PUC-SP.
