Throughout my career, I have worked as a history teacher, educational coordinator, and school principal—a role I held for eight years—leading teams and overseeing teaching and learning processes in various contexts. I specialize in School Administration and hold an MBA in Business Analytics and Data Science. Today, my work focuses on training educational leaders, developing teachers, and implementing strategies for educational innovation and artificial intelligence applied to education, with a focus on improving learning and strengthening the partnership between schools and families.
