Executive Director of the Center for Innovation in Brazilian Education (CIEB). She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from IESP/UERJ and a master’s degree in Development Studies from the University of London. She served as Secretary of Education for the state of Minas Gerais from 2019 to 2022 and as Undersecretary of Infrastructure and Technology at the Rio de Janeiro State Department of Education.
