Juliana Diniz
National Director,
Start Anglo
My name is Juliana Diniz, and I am the National Director of Start Anglo Bilingual School, the high-performance bilingual school franchise of SOMOS Educação, Brazil’s largest K-12 education company.
With over 20 years of experience in the education sector, I have built my career leading projects in educational transformation, school network development, and the training of educational leaders, with a focus on academic quality and innovation.
I hold an MBA in School Administration from the University of São Paulo (USP) and have specializations in School Administration, Psychopedagogy, Interpersonal Relations in Schools, and Business Management.
I currently lead Start Anglo Bilingual School, supporting administrators and staff in building high-performance learning environments that simultaneously embrace the pillars of academic excellence and bilingualism, serving as a model for a disruptive school in the Brazilian education market. Among the milestones of my career are the implementation of the National Common Core Curriculum (BNCC) in various school settings, leading initiatives focused on the pedagogical development of more than 50 schools affiliated with Saber Educação, and the development of projects aimed at academic excellence and the holistic development of students.
I believe that schools of excellence are built on a consistent combination of pedagogical vision, strategic management, a solid reputation, and highly qualified educational teams.
