Leandro holds a Ph.D., a master’s degree, and a bachelor’s degree in Technology, and is a specialist in Digital Transformation from MIT. Currently the Director of Tech & Digital at Maple Bear Brasil, he has executive experience as a consultant at McKinsey and the Laureate Group, and has also served as Director of Digital at FIAP, Ânima Educação, and Cultura Inglesa.

His career in technology includes stints at Itaú, BankBoston, IBM, Mercedes-Benz, and Telefónica. An entrepreneur, he owned a school and an artificial intelligence company, in addition to working as a university professor and writer.

Throughout his career, he has built expertise in three strategic pillars: Technology (Data, AI & Dev), Business (Intrapreneurship and C-Level), and Academia (Digital Learning & Research). This combination has enabled him to create innovative products, lead high-performance teams, and make a positive impact on the lives of thousands of people.
