Has experience in the field of Public Administration, focusing primarily on the following areas: public procurement and administrative contracts, public procurement for education, public education policies, risk management, and innovation. Speaker and instructor in courses and seminars on public bidding, contracts, and public policies for education for Courts of Auditors, Public Prosecutors’ Offices, and more than 60,000 municipal and state-level technical staff and managers. Permanent employee of the National Fund for Education Development (FNDE) since 2008. Coordinator of Fundeb Operations from 2020 to 2023. Co-author of the book: “Social Councils and Democratic Management in Education,” published by ATRICON (Association of Brazilian Courts of Auditors)
and author of the book “Management of Public Basic Education: 100 Answers for Securely and Efficiently Raising and Executing Funds,” published by Inteligência Educacional.
