Lucas Faleiros holds a degree in Business Administration from Insper and has 12 years of experience in school administration, having led 10 schools and more than 7,000 students at an educational group with a presence in five states.

He has been with Arco Educação, Latin America’s largest K-12 education group, for 7 years, where he has worked with the SAS and isaac brands. He currently serves as the group’s Director of Academic Success, leading business relationships with partner schools, with a focus on putting the customer first and supporting each institution with a consultative and strategic approach to their needs, goals, and results.

As a volunteer, he serves on the Audit Committee of Instituto Canoa and previously chaired Instituto Semear, an organization that has helped more than 5,000 low-income, high-potential youth gain admission to public universities through scholarships, mentoring, and networking.
