Specialist in Innovation Communities and Ecosystems at SENAI Nacional, where he leads the open innovation initiative for education at the SESI SENAI Institute of Educational Technologies. He is pursuing a master’s degree in Management and Public Policy with an emphasis on Vocational and Technological Education at FGV; he holds an MBA in Information, Technology, and Innovation for Business from UFSCar; a specialization in UX Design from Claretiano; and a degree in Business Administration. He works to connect startups, communities, technologies, and strategic partners to the SESI/SENAI network, firmly believing that the transformation of education requires its integration with the world of work, entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaborative ecosystems. Throughout her professional career, she has gained experience at organizations and initiatives such as SEBRAE, FIA-USP, Conq Hub, Raízen, and World Creativity Day, working on innovation programs, mentoring, events, business consulting, and community development.
