As Deputy Director of Education and Skills at the OECD, Dr. Dellagnelo plays a key leadership role in advancing the organization’s mission to help countries improve the quality, equity, and effectiveness of their education systems.
A senior professional with extensive cross-sector experience working for governments, NGOs, and international organizations, Dr. Dellagnelo served, among other roles, as CEO of the Center for Innovation in Brazilian Education (CIEB) and as Secretary of Sustainable Economic Development for the Santa Catarina State Government (2011–2015).
A dual citizen of Brazil and Luxembourg, Dr. Dellagnelo holds a Ph.D. and a master’s degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
