Luciano Sathler holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from FEA/USP. He is a member of the Minas Gerais State Board of Education, where he chairs the Ad Hoc Committee tasked with developing guidelines for distance learning programs, the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in basic education. He was a member of the Deliberative Council of CNPq (2020–2024). He has held leadership positions in education, both as a school principal and as a university administrator at institutions of higher education. He was Brazil’s first vice-rector of Distance Education. He is the CEO of CertifikEDU Microcertifications with Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (www.certifikedu.com.br), a platform designed for high school, technical, higher education, and corporate training.
