She holds a master’s degree in Education from PUC Minas and conducts research on creative learning and the role of teachers in the “like” era. With 25 years dedicated to education, she has served as an educational product manager, pedagogical coordinator, supervisor, educational counselor, elementary and secondary school teacher, and graduate-level instructor at PUC Minas and IBMEC. Today, she is a visiting professor at Fundação Dom Cabral and facilitates learning experiences for public and private school systems, state departments of education, the Ministry of Education (MEC), cultural institutions, and companies. As a partner in strategic projects with Sebrae, she advocates for Entrepreneurial Education as a path to transforming educational realities. She serves as a mentor for projects at Comunidade LED, an initiative of Rede Globo and the Roberto Marinho Foundation. She is also the founder of the company Confusões Criativas, where she creates programs and learning experiences that combine educational design with the four IAs of creative thinking: ancestral intelligence, affective intelligence, authorial intelligence, and artistic intelligence.
