With degrees in Biology, Mathematics, and Education, Maria Odete Perrone began her career as a teacher and is currently the director of the technical schools at the J&F Institute, where she has worked since its founding in 2010. With over 50 years of experience and knowledge of educational systems in more than 10 countries, she was one of the key figures responsible for implementing the “Empresa Educadora” educational methodology at the J&F Group—an innovative, high-quality approach that spans from vocational schools, beginning in 6th grade, through higher education, connecting education and business to train business leaders. She also leads the Family School, developing training programs for students’ families. Her career demonstrates a commitment to educational transformation grounded in the needs of today’s world.
