Matheus Fonseca, co-founder of Leapy

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Unesp and is a graduate of Stanford’s Ignite program, with over eight years of experience in HR. He led the expansion of Movile’s onboarding programs and founded the 1Bi Foundation, which impacts more than 150,000 young people in public schools each month. At Leapy, he leads the HR, Customer Success, Sales, and Product departments.
