Míriam Rodrigues holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of São Paulo, an International Executive MBA in Human Resources Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, a postgraduate degree in Neuroscience and Behavior from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, and master’s and doctoral degrees in Business Administration from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, respectively, and a postdoctoral degree from the University of Salamanca. She worked for 18 years in the corporate sector, in the areas of human and organizational development. Since 2007, she has been a faculty member at Mackenzie Presbyterian University, where she also holds academic management positions. Her main areas of research interest include: collaborative learning, interculturality, digital technologies, educational innovation, lifelong learning, and career management.
