Míriam Rodrigues holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of São Paulo, an International Executive MBA in Human Resources Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, a postgraduate degree in Neuroscience and Behavior from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, a master’s degree and a doctorate in Business Administration from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, respectively, and a postdoctoral degree from the University of Salamanca. She worked for 18 years in the corporate sector, in the areas of human and organizational development. Since 2007, she has been a faculty member at Mackenzie Presbyterian University, where she also holds academic management positions. Her main areas of research interest include: collaborative learning, interculturality, digital technologies, educational innovation, lifelong learning, and career management.
