His educational background includes bachelor’s degrees in Education, Journalism, Public Management, and Business Administration, as well as graduate degrees in areas such as Portuguese Linguistics, Educational Assessment, School Management, Guidance and Supervision, Tutoring in Distance Education, and Inclusive Education. He also holds a master’s degree in Educational Institution Management and an honorary doctorate in Education. With a diverse career, he has held positions such as Municipal Secretary of Sports, Municipal Secretary of Economic Development and Tourism, Executive Director of ADESE, Regional Director of Education, and Parliamentary Advisor. In addition, he is a professor at several institutions of higher education and a recognized speaker, having delivered more than 200 lectures in eleven Brazilian states. He currently serves as president of UNDIME/RN for the Northeast Region and as Municipal Director of Education for the City of Goianinha. His extensive experience and knowledge distinguish him as a key figure in the region’s educational and cultural landscape.
