One of Brazil’s leading executives in the nonprofit sector, specializing in education, career development, and the job market, he is currently the Institutional and Innovation Superintendent at CIEE—the Center for Business-School Integration, Latin America’s largest nonprofit organization focused on youth employability, responsible for placing more than 300,000 young people in jobs each year. He is a co-founder and current partner at Galena Edupass, Brazil’s largest professional development platform for employees and companies. He served as CEO of Instituto PROA and was an executive at Instituto Ayrton Senna for over 14 years. He is a specialist and consultant on the job market and careers for TV Globo, as well as a host and presenter at Estúdios Flow. In 2024, he was recognized by LinkedIn as one of the country’s most influential voices on careers, receiving the “LinkedIn Top Voice – Careers” designation. He holds a postgraduate degree in the Third Sector from FGV and is a branding specialist from HSM; he also serves as an advisor and mentor to third-sector organizations and startups.
