He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and is a specialist in digital education at the Alana Institute. He has been working for 20 years to protect and promote the rights of children and adolescents in digital environments, with a focus on well-being and safety. He served as director of education at SaferNet Brasil for 17 years, and since 2012 has been a member of the expert group for the TIC Kids Online and TIC Educação studies conducted by CETIC.br.
