Rossandro Klinjey
Rossandro Klinjey is a psychologist, writer, and international speaker. He was born in Campina Grande, Paraíba. Known for explaining psychology in accessible and inspiring language, he works in Brazil and abroad, addressing topics such as interpersonal relationships, self-awareness, education, and spirituality.
He is a professor in the Master’s program in the Science of Happiness at Unicamp and a visiting professor at PUC-RS. He is also a columnist for CBN Radio, where he hosts the daily segment “Refletir para Viver” and the weekly programs “O Divã de Todos Nós” and “Saúde Integral.”
Author of seven books, including *The Four Seasons of the Soul* (with Mário Sergio Cortella—a finalist for the 2024 Jabuti Award) and *Let’s Talk About Happiness?* (with Lúcia Helena Galvão and Vanessa Rodrigues).
He is the founder of the Pleno Ser Institute, which offers immersion programs and courses in human development, with more than 35,000 students in 32 countries, encouraging reflection on forgiveness, self-sabotage, leadership, and spirituality, while always tending to the soul.
A co-founder of Educa, he develops social-emotional learning programs for schools, with specific resources for students, parents, and educators—such as EducaPlay, a kind of “Netflix for parenting,” and Rede Cuidar, which focuses on the emotional development of teachers.
On Sundays, she hosts the podcast “Cuidando da Alma,” which is streamed live on her YouTube channel and shared on other social media platforms. Created during the pandemic, the project has now been running for over four years, with episodes that explore the pains and healings of the human experience.
Committed to social causes, he volunteers with Fraternidade sem Fronteiras, a humanitarian organization that operates in several countries, caring for children with microcephaly, socially vulnerable people, and war refugees in Africa.
