A professional passionate about people and education, her strengths lie in leadership and communication. She began her career at age 14 in a family business and built a career spanning more than 10 years in the financial market, notably achieving top performance at Itaú BBA. Driven by ideas of social transformation, she began studying psychoanalysis and pedagogy, which led to her transition into education. 
  
After working in HR at Cultura e Performance, she moved on to lead School Operations at Somos Educação, overseeing 15 schools. She later took on the role of Educational Consultant at Arco, achieving significant results in the renewal of more than 500 schools. 
 
At the Alun Group, she spearheaded the internal launch of Start by Alura, consolidating an educational solution in Brazil focused on teaching computer science and developing digital skills in K-12 education, in accordance with the National Common Core Curriculum (BNCC) for Computer Science. Recently, she assumed the role of General Director at Alura, combining strategic expertise with an ongoing commitment to educational impact.
